Orders ship within the United States. A flat $10 shipping rate is applied at checkout, with an estimated delivery of 3–7 business days after the piece is dispatched.

Because each piece is one of a kind, orders are packed and shipped individually. You'll receive tracking once your piece is on its way.

Each piece is handmade and one of a kind. If your piece arrives damaged or a mistake was made with your order, write within 14 days of delivery and it will be made right — repair, replacement where possible, or a refund.

Because pieces are unique and worn on the body, returns for other reasons are considered case by case. Reach out and describe the issue; the goal is that you're happy with what you receive.

Purchases are processed by Stripe. Your payment card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by two2seven.

To fulfill an order, two2seven receives your name, email, and shipping address. This information is used only to process and ship your order and to reach you about it. It is never sold or shared for marketing.
